I am a HP-UX sys admin into a company, I am on this company for about 9 months, but my role apart from being a sys admin, I have to make recomendations on new/upgrade systems. I have been using Glance/measuware to give me monthly reports on the performance of the system, and I have noticed that resource utilization is close to 100% in all areas (CPU, memory adn disk). The setup is 2 service guard cluster node running hp-ux 11.31, and using NetApp as storage, the db is oracle 10g release 1.
So what I want help is on the following:
1. how to have/measure a metric to be an input for a new environment
2.what is best (Blades or Superdome, EVA, NetApp)?
3.lastly, sorry to ask for this, a report layout for my recomendations
Pls fellow HP experts, I am looking forward of your inputs, I know its easter time now, but I will be waiting for your replies.

Does your company want to improve that? Or are they happy with the performance?
What hardware do you have now?

Yes, they are not happy with performance, sometimes response time is very slow.
We are using 2 node (rx7640) serviceguard cluster running hp-ux 11.31, and using NetApp as storage, the db is oracle 10g release 1.
