Superdome boot problem

I have A5201/2A 2-cabinet Superdome with 12cells=48CPUs, disk array attached with 4 fibers. Cannot come to a BCH mode when give >co to gsp mode. I see many errors in VFP. I enclose SL error logs from several reboots in attachment. Please help I do not know from where to start searching and replacing!

Re: Superdome boot problem

You appear to have a serious hardware failure, with what seems to be an internal communications issue between cells or I/O chassis.

Re: Superdome boot problem

I guess the problem could be with Cell board 5 having issue related to crossbar chip. I guess this crossbar chip connectes to the crossbar fabric at the backend. If there is problem with this chip, it may collapse the backend crossbar fabric.

However, you need to place h/w call with HP Support to get rid of the problem.
