In the HP Support Center Home Page, click on the link on the right of the screen labelled "Manage my contracts & warranties", and from there click on the "Link support agreements" link.
You will of course need a valid "Support Agreement Identifier (SAID)" - which you should have if you have a support contract.

Well part of me wants to say "if you support these HP-UX systems, you should already know your SAID or where to find it - thats part of your job" - but maybe that's a little harsh.
Ways to find out:
1. Ask your boss. As in "boss we have a support contract with HP for these systems don't we? What is the agreement number on the contract?"
2. Ask your local HP rep if you have one.
3. Get the serial number of one of your HP-UX boxes and call the HP repsonse center - if you have support that includes software update they should be able to tell you the SAID associated with it.
Of course if you don't have a support contract with HP, well you don't have a SAID, and you have no right to the patches, so either do without them or again I guess you are back to your boss as in "boss, you know these really important HP-UX systems we have here that run important things for our company - we have no support on them, so I can't patch them or in fact do my job properly at all"
Sorry - feeling cynical this morning!
