I have 2 new blade servers running 11i v3. I can't get access to download and install patches. I have attempted to link the serial numbers to my profile without success. The servers are under warranty, but no support contract as of yet.
Any ideas on how to proceed?

You should be able to link the warranty to your ITRC ID.
There is a sections to link warranties to your ID via the systems serial number. I assume that is what you did?
If it is not working you should probably contact HP for assistance.

There is a process for linking your warranty to your HP passport account.
If you run into trouble, call 1800 633-3600 navigate the menus and ask for help.
The online process is IMO slightly obtuse.
