how to list products/depots/bundles within specified date using swlist.

swlist -l root -->shows the root level (roots on the specified target hosts)
swlist -l bundle ->shows only bundles
swlist -l product --> shows only products
swlist -l subproduct shows products and subproducts
swlist -l fileset shows products, subproducts and filesets
swlist -l file shows products, subproducts, filesets, files and numbers (used in software licensing).
use this with grep options to sort....

You would probably want to use -a create_time so you can get a sortable date. Then use something like ctime(3) to convert it to a user understandable date.
There is also -a mod_time.
I'm not sure how you can track software removed, because it is just gone. Unless you are thinking something being patched, so the "bad" stuff is "removed".
In any case, you should look at sd(4).
