>the files are .depot files only e.g: Itanium_JDK_6.0.1_xxxxxxxxxxx.depot
Then you don't need to create ISO images, you can just use swinstall directly on those SD depots.
Or use swcopy to create a directory depot and install from there.

we just want to create a single iso image for all depot files so that all softwares can be installed at a single shot and same iso can be used for installation on several servers....instead of downloading/ftp-ing all the depots again and again on different servers....

You can download all of the depots and use swcopy to combine them.
If your servers are all on the same network, you can then install from that combined depot.

>we don't have servers in same network. we had planned to have single ISO image having all depots and to install them on multiple servers.
You still need to download them all to one system. Then use swcopy to combine them.
You then can use swpackage to create a tape depot, a single file.
You could then copy that one file to a data DVD or create an ISO image.
Or just ftp/scp that one file.

Do you really want an ISO image or just a DVD?
I assume both can be done on your Windows or possibly Linux box.
