HPUX 10.20 (Believe it or not!) patch bundle - can I install just one patch?

This may be the dumbest question ever......

I have to support an OLD HPUX server - R390.  I have been tasked to get an ignite image of this server.  The ignite software for recovery is already present, but when I try to kick off the make_net_recovery, it errors out with the error below:

-----------------------------------------

Testing pax for needed patch
WARNING: The version of pax on the system to be archived needs to be
patched with one of the following patches or newer ones.  If you do not
load the pax patch some files will not be correctly archived
(See the Ignite-UX release notes for details):

           System OS   Patch needed
           ---------   ------------
             10.01      PHCO_11975
             10.10      PHCO_11976
             10.20      PHCO_20388
             10.30      PHCO_11978
             11.00      PHCO_25418
             11.11      PHCO_26422

----------------------------------

So, I need PHCO_20388 for this server.  Of course I cannot find the patch anymore anywhere!  I have an update CD - the ones HP used to send every quarter - that has this patch on it, however, it's contained in a bundle.  I attempted to download it to my laptop to ftp to the server, but evidently, it's not in the correct "sh" format.  In others words, the "sh" command will not work on it - says it's not  a depot.

Is there any way to pull this particular patch out of the bundle and get it installed?

Hopefully.....

Thanks,

Connie

Ok - I found the answer.  Should have looked at all the posts first.....   ;-)

swcopy -x enforce_dependencies=false -s /cdrom PHCO_20388 @ /tmp/depot/
