OO Portal not starting in HTTPS mode

OO Portal not starting in HTTPS mode.  How do I get it to start using HTTPS, port 8447?  There is nothing listening on that port.

Thanks,

Don

Re: OO Portal not starting in HTTPS mode

Hello,

If you are using HTTPS mode in the OO Portal, the certificates information must be available.  For HTTPS login mode, the security certificate must be imported manually in the OO Portal keystore.

Please see the attached OO Portal Deployment Guide.

Thank you.

Re: OO Portal not starting in HTTPS mode

Hello,

Please see page 45 of the OO 9.07 Install Guide (KM00344711 link provided below).  This section of the document is called "Full Version of Installing Central on a Linux Operating System" and begins on page 41.

HP Software Knowledge Document KM00344711 (http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM00344711)

Step 7. Source the file .iconcluderc, and then verify that the environment variable $ICONCLUDE_
HOME is properly set.

Can you please make sure that the environment variable $ICONCLUDE_HOME is properly set?

Thank you.
