Blue Screen HP ENVY dv7-7390ef

I have many Blue Screen with my HP ENVY dv7-7390ef (Windows 8.1-64bit)

Error netio.sys


the system is up to date no problem with drivers & I have uninstall Symantec internet security

I have make test with software Anticrash


What can i do

Sometimes a fresh install via HP Recovery will solve serious issues;
