nc6400 and L1940T external monitor

[ Edited ]

We have an nc6400 which is attached to an external monitor - using it as the extended desktop. The font on the external monitor is HUGE - when we drag anything over to it. We've tried changing the resolution and refresh rate - no go. Tried rebooting, no go. Has anyone had issues with this or know a fix for it? much appreciated!!!

Hi Sylvia,
Maybe the software that you can download here can help: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=nl&prodNameId=1826466&...

install the driver, maybe you can configure the monitor better, or maybe the display utility can help, never used it myself.

Have a nice day,
