nc4200 bios update

hi, sorry if i've posted in the wrong section. i've just updated my nc4200 bios to F.0F now the f12 network service boot option seems to have disappeared the only option i get when i boot the laptop is the f10 bios setup, is this due to the updated bios? do i need to adjust one of the bios settings to get the f12 option back?

Re: nc4200 bios update

Hi, dave:

I didn't see anything about that F12 prompt going away in any of the BIOS revision release notes.

Here is the manual for your laptop. Read Chapter 2.1 regarding the BIOS setup options.

Perhaps you can go in and restore the BIOS default settings, and see what happens.

Unless you need this laptop to boot from a network source, I don't see it as a major issue.
