USB device not recognized

Hi,
Sometimes when I connect the external DVD, the computer gives me this message ‘USB device not recognized’

1. connect this device to the computer
2. go to the control panel/system/equipment/device menager (Windows XP)
3. from the CD-Rom DVD-rom list choose this not recognized device and click right button on it then select uninstall
4. disconnect device
5. install drivers to that external DVD
6. plug this device to the computer

If you don't have drivers to this device give me producent and model of this DVD

Thanks so much for your interest. Can you provideme with the driver?
As you know the external DVD consists of 2 parts:
1-DVD+-RW DRIVE:
Model no. UJ-832
S/N 51CHA116785
PART NO. 375557-001

2-DVD Cover:
S/N CNU7402YNM
P/N PA509A#B13
SPARE NO. 367621-001

Can someone send me the driver of this DVD because it's not available on this site.
