Product: Probook 430 G2
System: WIN7 pro. 64bit
I've bought a probook 2 weeks ago and the touchpad freeze randomly when I use my laptop
I've tried synaptics driver version 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 and 18.1.15, all version have the same problem
sometimes the cursor freeze, sometimes the cursor moving around and out of control
sometimes the touchpad detect I'm multitouch even when I'm only using one finger
is it possible a HW defect? or just driver issue?
any suggestion to solve this problem?

Seems like a hardware issue, but you can try to use the touchpad in the safemode ( to get into safemode use F8 Key ) and check if it works fine, if you face the same issue in safemode then it is a hardware issue and in that case i would suggest you to get the unit serviced.
