My issue is that before I install the Hot Keys support software, downloaded from the support site of hp, the webbrowser ( internet ) button worked. It opened my internet explorer. After I installed the hot keys support software the fn keys started working fine, except the webbrowser button. When I start it for the first time, it just opens up a window that says that it has stopped working and closes. After that if I press it again nothing happens.
My OS is Windows 8 64bit.
I thank you in advance for the tips that you can give me to resolve the issue.
