NMI: PARITY CHECK / MEMORY PARITY ERROR

I have a Hp Workstation NX4300 that shows me the following error when attempting to load Windows XP.
NMI: PARITY CHECK / MEMORY PARITY ERROR
The system then halts and i have to cycle power. I have tried different memory modules but the error persists.

I would appreciate any contributions on how to solve this problem?
