After 6 month of use power button started to move without any resistance and do not turn PC on. This should be covered by warranty, but HP service center in Russia refused to take this case because there is no support for Slate 500 in Russia. How can I get fixed from Russia?

Since as you state the unit was not sold in Russia, and hence not supported there either, you might contact the vendor from which you purchased the device from and see what they might offer.
