Fan Noise / High Temperature

I have just purchsed a brand new elitebook 8770w /intel i7 3840qm. / K3000m nvidia

Under regular workload (e-mail / browsing) the core temp ist around 42°C the fan running, at i would say regular speed.

As soon as i render something and have a full CPU load, the temp rises to 85°C - 90°C and the fan is running full speed, and it sounds like a vacuum cleaner. (very loud)

The helpline cannot give me an answer, they want to pick up my workstation for 1-2week. (no option for me)

My question is:

Is that Normal, do other owners of a 8770w expericnce the same? my old 8730w is no even close to thet noise/heat level.

p.s. obviously there is no dust, since the equipment is brand new.

thank you for any feedback
