Bluetooth device paired with ElitePad 900 goes offline

Hi,

For our project, we bought about 30+ ElitePad 900 running on Windows 8. For this project, we need to pair the ElitePad with a medical bluetooth device, Nonin 9560BT OXIMETER. The pairing process goes well and the device also works well right after the pairing. The problem starts when the medical devices goes into an Offline status and I am not able to put it back to Online. When it goes offline, nothing works. The only way to make the device work again is by repairing it, but this is not a viable solution.

We also have tablets running Windows 7 and there is no problems.

I have tried installing the most recent bluetooth drivers, but the problems are still there.

This is the driver I have installed on the ElitePad 900:

Thank you.
