Ask for a solution for my HP G60T-200

I'm Vietnamese

Sorry if my English's so bad

I bought a Notebook (Hp G60T-200) last year

I want to know about using Battery

When I connect the computer to external AC power, should I remove my battery from my Laptop?

Or my laptop automacally external AC power instead of battery power? (battery is also in my computer)

Please give an suggestion.

Thank you.

Hello:

Your English is much better than my Vietnamese!

It is perfectly OK to leave your battery installed in your laptop while using external AC power. That is how the battery gets charged.

When the A/C adapter is plugged in, your computer is not using the battery. Also, the battery charges faster if the computer is off and the A/C adapter is left connected to the notebook.

If the battery is fully charged, the charger does not overcharge the battery when you are using A/C power.
