display Win7 x64, Probook 6570 with dockingstation and HP L1950 monitor fails

Hi,

After a move users received a new Probook 6570b with a dockingstation and an HP L1950 lcd monitor. The OS is windows 7 64 bits.

When a user connects the probook on the dockinstation, the monitor doesn't receive a signal and stays black. The most recent BIOS and display adapter drivers are installed though the problem persists.

Please provide help because now the users are working without the dockingstation and monitor.

I found a driver of the HP L1950 monitor but i'm not sure if this driver is compliant with windows 7 64 bits.

Thanx in advance.

Installing the driver for the HP L1950 on the Win7 64 bits machine didn't provide a solution.
