You need the ATM brand tool.
You can find the tool on the CSN site.
(but you must have an account there, it is
not "free" software")

The only problem with me running this, is I did not replace the motherboard. ProBook 4530s has displayed that message since new. I am sure it was factory sealed, so I am sure the motherboard was not a pull. My question is, will this solution also apply to original notebooks? What if we just leave the message there?
Thanks

hey,
The software will work, no worries.
Dunno what happens if you just "leave" it like that.
Besides the message at startup, system should run fine.

I'm having the same issue but who changed my system board was HP and 2 specialists has already change pieces of my elitebook 8440w and still not working, now my elitebook is not turning on.
What can I do ? when I call HP they say that the specialist may call me in 24 hours but they never call.
