EliteBook 6930p missing drivers

Hello,

I have an HP EliteBook 6930P and am missing the drivers for the PCI serial port and the PCI simple communications controller.

The devices are:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A47&SUBSYS_30DC103C&REV_07\3&B1BFB68&0&1B

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2A44&SUBSYS_30DC103C&REV_07\3&B1BFB68&0&18

I'm not sure what/where I can download these from safely.  Thanks for any advice !!

Forgot to mention that this is for Windows XP Professional

Hi:

If you did not install the chipset driver, please do this first and reboot:

Then download and install the Intel AMT driver:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=32...

You may also need to install the HP 3D driveguard driver: Protects your HD in case of an accidental drop of the notebook.

Hi: Madmax:

What operating system do you need the drivers for?

In the device manager, click on the problem devices. Then click on the details tab. If you are running XP or Vista, post the top string of characters you see there.

If you are running Windows 7, in the properties drop down list, select the second item on the list (Hardware ID's). Post the top string of characters you see there.

Those identify the manufactuer of the device and the device type and model.
