Compaq 515 "PCI Controller Error" after upgred bios to F.0C

On booting process, after upgrade bios from ver F.09 to F.0C, restart laptop, then show "PCI Controller Error" on screen, It intermittent.

This is a bug or something ?

For now the problem solved, I enter the bios setting, then "enable express card", "Disable USB legacy Support" ...
