Can't locate "PCI Serial Port" driver for brand new Elitebook 2560p

Just got a brand new 2560p with Win7 x64 with an Intel SSD (SSDSA2BW160G3H) and the only driver its missing is the "PCI Serial Port".

Tried a few random drivers/suggestions from people that had similar problem to no avail yet (including SP45131)... Any other suggestions to resolve this issue please?

Hi:

 

The device details ID reveal it to be the AMT-SOL driver is missing--which could be SP45131

 

Try to install manually by clicking on the device in the device manager. Then click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver, select the browse my computer method, and browse to:  C;\SWSETUP\sp45131 and see if it loads that way.

If that method doesn't work, try this driver:
