Unable to load netapp.mib 2.2.2 into NNMi

I'm having issues loading the following MIB and was looking for a little guidance.

     What version of NNMi are you using?  Also, can you please provide the mib?

We are running 9.11.004, the MIB is attached.

Hi Paul,

 

     I was able to successfully load the MIB on a 9.11.004 lab system so the mib itself is not the issue.  I am looking further into your error messages.

 Hi Paul,

 

       If you have access to the Software Support Online (SSO) Portal, there is a knowledge brief:

 

                  KM1325747 - "Error when loading MIB 'Can't commit because the transaction is in aborted state'"

 

If the direct link does not work, you can use this method:

 

  1. log into the SSO portal:  http://support.openview.hp.com/
  2. Go the the "Self Solve" Tab
  3. Check "Knowledge Documents"
  4. Search for KM1325747

 

     If you do not have access to the SSO portal, would you please post your jboss server log file:

 

                               <nnmDataDir>/log/nnm/jbossServer.log
