Non SNMP devices are not reporting to iSPI performance

Dear Experts,

I have around 200 non SNMP devices which are responding to NNMi. But customer want's report of non SNMP devices in iSPI. I have configured in NNMI to report for iSPI performance but non of the devices are reporting to iSPI performance.

T & R,

 Vijay.

Re: Non SNMP devices are not reporting to iSPI performance

What sort of performance reports are they expecting? If you can only ping them, it doesn't give you any useful information for performance reports. Without SNMP, how is it meant to get CPU/interface stats?

Re: Non SNMP devices are not reporting to iSPI performance

Hello Vijay

Please check whether you have created a Node Group for non-snmp devices and whether the node group is included in Monitoring configuration->Node Group settings and whether ICMP Fault Monitoring is enabled.
