NNMi 9.23.004 NOde Group Additional Filters Issue

We have noticed that the Additional Filters tab for the Node Groups creation does not display any ipout options. It only displays a few help lines. (See Image Below). Is anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

I've found that the Additional Filters section will display in IE 10 but not Chrome or Firefox. Any ideas on what could be changed in Firefox?

Hi,

It's a problem with the firefox. but if you use 3.6 Version, then I think it will display accordingly.

otherwise, use IE.

Vik

Re: NNMi 9.23.004 NOde Group Additional Filters Issue

The problem with the Additional Filters Tab is caused by using an unsupported browser and/or incorrect browser settings.  I posted an article explaining how to find the list of supported browsers in the customer forum yesterday.  It is viewable if you have a valid customer Support Agreement ID (SAID).  Here is the url:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Network-Node-Manager-Support/NNM-Support-Tip-Using-a-Supported-Browser-...

IE 10 is not supported but works.  Compatibility View must be disabled.

IE 8 and 9 are supported.  Compatibilty view must be disabled

Firefox ESR 10.x and 17.x are supported
