Integration of NNM & remedy using Smart plug In.

Hello,

I'm currently running NNM 6.1 on HPUX 10.20.
We've purchased remedy ARS and we'd like to
intergrate with NNM6.1. I understand that HP
offers a Smart Plug In (SPI)that helps with
this configuration. I've heard that we have to use IT/O, which is not an option for us.
Are there users that have integrated remedy and NNM using SPI?

Re: Integration of NNM & remedy using Smart plug In.

Sorry, the plug in is for the ITO/VPO application:

HP OpenView VantagePoint Smart Plug-in (SPI) Modules are add-on products to the HP OpenView IT/Operations (ITO) and HP OpenView VantagePoint Operations Manager ( VPO/HP-UX)products addressing the integrated network and system management (INSM) market.

Re: Integration of NNM & remedy using Smart plug In.

Remedy actually has it's own integration to OpenView. It is not part of the BASE helpdesk purchase... I'm still trying to track down costs, etc. Check out their site to find out more details

Re: Integration of NNM & remedy using Smart plug In.

Remedy has their own integration.
It is supposed to be on the Integrations CD, unless you have the BASE version of ARS
