In NNMi how can I change the lifecycle state of an incident by command line?

I have NNMi 9.01 in Windows and after I have events storm some incidents didn't be closed automatically by NodeUp event despite the information about node up is logged in incident.

Like a workaround until this problem be resolved I need to change the lifecycle state manually.

To do that, I think to use a script to change lifecycle state if node is up and the incident didn't close.

Somebody knows how to that by command line.
