Identifying the varbinds in the SNMP trap

I am having hard time in identifying the Varbinds from the SNMP traps through the NNMi console. The other was around is taking the trap dump and checking for the varbinds which is very time consuming. Although when i open up a particular trap in the console i can see the custom attributes , not sure if they are Varbinds or not. Any help is higly appreciated.

Re: Identifying the varbinds in the SNMP trap

If you are interested in finding trap varbind, then you can trace NNM events and from the trace file you can easily find them.

Set the trace as,

nnmsetlogginglevel.ovpl com.hp.ov.nms.events FINEST

and check the file,

nnm-trace*.log

You can disable the trace by,

nnmsetlogginglevel.ovpl com.hp.ov.nms.events CONFIG
