An opportunity and a call to action for HP Network Management Center Customers

I am pleased to announce an exciting new program designed to build and extend the successful use of HP Network Management Center Software in your organization, the HP Software Practitioner’s Forum.

 

These forums are not a replacement for current support avenues, but are an opportunity to pick up best practices, tips, tricks, and techniques by discussions with your peers and HP subject matter experts (Product Managers, Presales and R&D teams among others) who will also attend these calls.  These are not sales or 1 way communication sessions from HP to the customers but are about practitioners discussing experiences and concerns which are shared in an open format designed to facilitate interaction and knowledge sharing.

 

 

The format of these bi-weekly sessions will be round table discussions. Each practitioner at the table will be given the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, or simply listen to the conversation (see attached pdf presentation for more details.  It will not be a session filled with presentations and marketing information, nor is it expected to be a session to air one’s grievances or promote one’s self or company (HP included). Periodically, there may be key guest speakers or technical topics featured.

 

I would like to invite you to the NMC practitioner’s forum that will be hosted by Lindsay Parker, a leader within the Enterprise Technical Marketing team and supported by a variety of NMC subject matter experts.

 

The forums will meet for 60 minutes every two weeks on the second & fourth Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m Eastern Standard/Eastern Daylight Savings Time.

If you would like to participate in this forum you will need to register for the HP Software Solutions Community :


1)    Got to www.hp.com/go/swcommunity
2)    Click on upper right corner – in the black area – click on Sign In
3)    Complete your HP Passport credentials
4)    Next you will be asked to choose your Community Screen name.  Please keep this screen name as close to your real name as possible.
5)    You are now registered into the community!
6)    VERY IMPORTANT – send an email to Heather Caldwell with your Community Screen name choice.  This will allow her to provide you access to the private Practitioners Forum.

All logistics, minutes, and shared collateral for these calls will be maintained on this site.
