Can we configure NA as syslog server . What are all the information captured in NA from syslog message. Is NA syslog facility used only for configuration change management .

You can set on trace the following logs in Admin - Troubleshooting: Device/Syslog, External/Syslog, Feature/Changedetection.
Then tail the file NA/server/log/syslog_wrapper.log and check the Syslog Messages coming to NA.
NA will compare those against some patterns defined by the drivers and the users, and then trigger snapshots on devices for change detection feature.

You can use an external software for that, e.g. Wireshark, tcpdump.
If this does not answer your question, please provide us with more details on what you need to achieve, as I might have misunderstood the last question.

To help Paul and to answer you question, no it is not possible to view the content of the syslog_wrapper.log file in the web UI of NA. Depend of what are you looking for the recommendation as Paul mentioned is to use an external application as Wireshark, tcpdump.
All the syslog information are saved on the syslog_wrapper.log file.
