Over the last couple of weeks I have been getting complaints from my users about misrouted calls. The caller says they press 5 to get Public Works but instead gets the Fire Department. I check the logs but can't find anything wrong. However the logs are not logging what options the people are pressing. Everytime I try the AA it works fine. I am pretty sure the caller is hitting the wrong number but how can I prove it?
