New GS748T switches. Some phones (always the same ones) will stop working after a couple of hours. Rebooting phone or PC connected to phone will restore service for a few hours. Any ideas? NBX V3000 running 6_0_63. IP on the Fly due to remote phones and VTL sites. Phones are directly connected to switch. No VLAN or COS set up at present. Spanning Tree enabled. Moving phones to a different switch and no trouble. Any help appreciated!!! ~ Mike

FYI - I have been implementing that same switch on several systems without issue. Hope this is not going to come back and bite us (me). Please post how it is resolved.
