Call reporting problems

Hi,





I am having a problem with the NBX CDR, the error I receive is:





"Unable to connect to NBX Server (IP address). Invalid username or password reported by server"





My system details are:





NBX v3001, R6_0_63


NBXCDR R6.0.18





It will ask me for an IP address and a password but no username.  I assume that it is authenticating as the admin.  I have set my admin password and the general call data reporting password as the same.  It is logging data with 0 digits scrambled, XML and will export as unscrambled.



Here is the log entry that it gives me:









Beginning Manual Import at 11/19/2009 10:25:20 AM


-------------------------------------------------





Error: Unable to connect to NBX Server (192.168.0.3).


Invalid username or password reported by server.





CDR download process terminated by unrecoverable error condition



What am I missing?

CDR 6.0.17 is the last one certified to work with NBX 6.0.x software.



 



You should install cdr 6.0.17.. but this does have the bug where the billing password must be the same as the admin password.



alternatively, you can upgrade the nbx to 6.5.22 and upgrade cdr to 6.0.22



and that will work also.

Thanks for the idea.  I'll try that.  I do have R6.0.14 on another machine and I receive the same error.

If you do get the same error, a reboot of the nbx should clear it. I know it is strange, but this has worked...

How can i update from 6.0.63 to 6.5.22?
