We've got a NBX V3000 running roughly 15 phones on a sales floor and management are keen to track stats on calls made, taken, etc. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports would be good.
The current reports that are provided by default using NBX Call Reports...
...seems to be more for Call Centres, talking about hunt groups and group calls. I want to be able to generate reports based on individuals so Orig Name or Orig ID. Also is there another call reporting application I should be using?
Any help here would be great!
