hp 1350 all-in-one

my computer (XP Professional) hangs up on start-up when hp 1350 all-in-one power is on.

Is there a fix???

Slowness on your machine can be caused by many things aside from your printer. Try to do some more testing with different applications to isolate the problem to a specific service or application.

Heres what you can do:
1) Navigate to Start > Run > Msconfig
2) Click the Startup tab
3) Start shutting down applications and rebooting one at a time starting with HP applications. Take note of what applications are slowing down your startup times.
4) Once you have isolated the problem turn on all other applications to reset your computer.
5) Post back to this thread what you think is causing the slowness issues.
