When trying to print a document, the FAX screen pops-up, so I can't print.
I don't know ho to avoid that to happen.

What model printer do you have? What Windows version?
Is the FAX screen on your PC or on the printer?
Is this screen part of Windows or part of the printer's installed software?

I have a HP Officejet J5783 All-in-one printer.
The FAX screen is on my PC
The screen is part of the printer's inatlled software.
Thank you for your help Dennis.

>The FAX screen is on my PC
With my All-in-ones, there are two "printers", one for the printer and one for the FAX.
Are you printing to the correct one? I've seen the default switch to the FAX.

Where are these two printers defined?
Let me explain to you that I can print from most of the applications (Word, Adobe, etc.) direct to the printer without any problem.
The problem shows up when I am in Chrome and I do right click, Print, then it brings me the the FAX screen pops-up, so I can't print.

In chrome, I see a page that lists the printer (which is listed for you?) and a button saying "change".
Also, if you use ctrl-shift-P, it gives the system dialog window.
