PSC 1510 Regional

Can I get some advice on regional settings for my printer? I have moved from France to WA and the machine will not acept OZ ink.

HP make this so hard as their people do not return calls in WA business hours....

Re: PSC 1510 Regional

You will need to contact HP while having access to both your PC and printer. You will need a set of cartridges from the new region, once the reset is completed the old cartridges will no longer be accepted.

HP contact information is available here: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/wwcontact_us.html

Tell the agent you need a "regionalization reset".
