I have a HP LaserJet CM2320nf MFP printer and I have several problems .
First of all my OS is Windows 7 x64 Professional .
I'm getting this error everytime I start the computer
Specified Registry key 'SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\hewlett-packard\scheduledlau
HP ToolboxFX has encountered an error and cannot recover.
This happens no matter whether I uninstall and reinstall the software (using the latest , CM2320series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v3.1) , I even tried cleaning the registry but then when I try accessing the printer it says it's busy or disconnected .
The printer itself works , I printed a word document , but instead when i try scanning with the HP start group scan it starts scaning but after it's finished it saves no image whatsoever .
The printer is new so there can't be any problems with it ( I mean physical ones )
Any help would be appreciated . Thank you !
On a separate computer running Windows XP , the scanner works just fine but I still get the same errors .
