HP3200 printing condensed form in DOS

Is there a driver available that would allow the 3200 to print a condensed DOS document? I have not been able to find a solution yet. Batch file perhaps?

Re: HP3200 printing condensed form in DOS

Hi,

Try this command in a DOS batch file:

(8U(s0p10h12v0s0b3T

This will give you 12 characters per inch Courier. If you need more characters per inch, play around with the 10h12v... 10h is 10 point, 12v is 12 characters per inch.

You might consider getting a Technical Reference manual which outlines all PCL commands, as well as the PJL language. Here's a web site to get information on this bundle:

Good luck!
