Our company currently has around twelve (12) of these MFP's at three locations in the US (connected via ethernet).
ALL of the printers have logs full of 49.0673 error messages (printer reboots).
The problem is intermittent. I have worked with HP support (US & India) and have not found a solution.
It seems that nobody at HP even knows what 49.0673 error is. We have been using/standardizing on HP printers for over 25 years and we have had more problems with printer drivers in the past few years.
We can't be the only people with this problem?
It seems like the problem has to do with the PCL6 driver. We can print just fine from our legacy server (HP e3000 A500-200-200) which I believe is using a PCL5 driver. I have tried using the Universal PCL5 driver with some luck; however, there are formatting issues when printing certain documents from the PC (WinXP).
Can anyone please help? This problem appears to be bigger than HP support can handle.
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried updating the FW for the Printers to see if that helps with the 49 errors?
This FW version (20120629) lists fixes for 49 errors.

Yes. We have reset the printer and re-installed the latest firmware (several times) - no go.
Is there someone on the development side that can tell me what 49.0673 really means?
