HP Color LaserJet 2320fxi MFP can't scan

Hi

I've got a laserjet 2320fxi MFP. I successfully installed the printer and made a test print, so far so good. But then i should scan some documents and then i realize that, it doesn't work. The scanner starts for 1 second and then there's a error message saying that's there's no connection to the scanner try restart the program. And i tried every thing, restart the program, the computer and i tried reinstall the program. I also tried a downloaded driver from www.hp.com but nothing works.
Anyone who has tried having this problem or know anything about i will be grateful for some answers.
