May i know how to change the name of the printer in SSID (for eg : HP-nomodel-modelno.) to as per my choice.
and also to protected by password the access of the printer in Network.
Printer Model : HP Officejet 8500A A910g

To change the name of th printer please go to the embeddedwebserver. Which you could access after you key in the ipaddress of the printer in the webbrowser. In the embedded webserver, under the general section, there is a host name,which is the name of your printer. Please change the host name via that option. Hope this helps.
