In order to use lr_db_connect you need to create a "Web Services" script.

Hi Nannapethi,

Did you find a workaround for this?   I am running into same issue.

Thanks,

Create Multiprotocol script. Web (HTTP/HTML) and We services and you can use lr_db_connect function. Also you can record your script in HTTP mode
