I am recording Oracle EBS using Vugen 11.03. Also installed JRE 6u35.
During recording Oracle forms are opening properly. But in the recording and replay screen the Forms are balnk, there was no content in it.
Is there any procedure to enable content of the Oracle forms.

LR doesn’t have functionality to animate NCA Forms while replay, like HTML view. Forms replay engine behaves internally, information about replay is available only as a reply log file.

That's fine. Which means that Vugen don't have that functionality.
Replay log for the Oracle form look fine.
I am getting below error while Oracle forms connecting to Oracle NCA database.
Action.c(269): connect_server: connection with host "IP address" on port number established
Action.c(269): Popup message: stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
Action.c(271): nca_set_window("Find Orders/Quotes")
Action.c(273): Error: nca_edit_set("123","3310029199") failed, Window or object is not displayed.
The window currently in focus: "Error".
The last popup/alert message received: "stop - Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error."
Abort was called from an action.
Starting action vuser_end.
Ending action vuser_end.
Any solution on this issue?
Thanks in advance.

The issue shown by piece of log is quite frequent. Mostly it happens due to incorrectly correlated script. NCA script can have some dynamic values, provided by server that are changed from record to replay phase. So script should be properly correlated to handle these values. Please ask for HP CSO support assistance in case you do not know how to do this.

There are limitations to what the Run Time Viewer can display and screenshots shown in tree view are taken from here too. This is limited to HTML so if you do not see anything for the Oracle forms part in the replay that is normal.
Just check your replay logs to see if you were able to succesfully connect and run the script, which by your description, sounds like you were.
