LR Password Encoder crashes

Hi,

 

When i click "Generate" button in Password Encoder, it throws the message, "PasswordEncoder.exe has stopped working" & closes. My OS is Windows 7. What is the solution for this?

Please check if it is x64 OS then there is hotfix for it.
