Hi again James,
What version of Load-runner do you have?
Do you have full admin rights on the machine?
Do you have some troubles installing LR on the machine you created this script?
Did you disable DEP, UAC during the recording.?

I have found the following information of Analysis that said that the quality/resolution of the graph images in the PDF reports, generated in Analysis, depends upon OS and System Resolution.
This can be fixed by modifying the Resolution for the Graph images as follows:
In Analysis, Reports --> Report Templates
Select the template and "Generate Report"
Once the report is generated saved to the PDF format. In the Export Settings window, modify Settings --> Image Resolution to a higher value (recommended 300 dpi).

Yes, of course I have admin rights.
No, no troubles. Everything is set as it should be.
Why would I be configuring Analysis for a Business Process Report from Vugen??
