Getting high response times in Performance center for Ajax Trueclient protocol

We are using Ajax Trueclient protocol for one of our application. Recording and replaying of scripts in Vugen is fine with very less response times. But when we are running the same script in Performance center, we are getting very high response times. We are running with Single user load (1 Virtual User) only in performance center also.

We tried various end events for the transactions but it worked only for 2 transactions in one of the script. We changed the End Point Event as "Action completed" for all the transactions and after that Home page & Logout page started giving response times of less than 1 sec but Login page is still giving response time greater than 20 secs. Also this option didn't worked even for the Home page & Logout in other scripts.

We are using the following tools:

VuGen: 11.52

Performance center: 11.52

Mozilla Fireforx: 29.0.1

Could anyone please help us in resolving this issue ASAP, as we are nearing the test execution date.

Thanks & Regards,

Re: Getting high response times in Performance center for Ajax Trueclient protocol

Hi Ramesh

As you comment, you have a slow respond when run in your PC – LG machine. Please check:

1-      LG has installed SP2, too. Restart this machine.

2-      If this LG is a complete host, try to run the script with VuGen on this host

3-      Check if the LG has windows security enable, like DEP, UAC or antivirus.

4-      Check if the LG is using a proxy which needs to be configuring in the PC scenario

5-      Check for a network delay.

Question, using a simple test script, like web protocol against Google, do you experiment the same behavior?
