We are executing Citrix Scripts in Performance Center 11.0. While user is in Init state we are getting "Failed to initialize timeout error:. These scripts working fine in Vugen. Does any one got this error earlier or any idea why it is coming?

In Citrix the connection to your application may take some.Timeout error may come due to the low Connect time and waiting time in the runtime..Try to increase the timeout during the execution of the script in PC....

This would be happened if your application is taking high response time when comapared to the time available in the Timeout options of the performance center.
To resolve this, first you check how much time does the application is taking to login and accordingly you update in the Init field of the :
HP ALM - Tools -Performance Center Controller Options - Run Options - Timeout - Vusers -

Increasing Time out setting in ALM - Tools -Performance Center Controller Options - Run Options - Timeout - Vusers woud solve our issue.
